Q. What are the Shipping and Handling Details?
A. All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges for jewely are shown below. For all other items and international orders, shipping and handling charges will be determined at time of purchase.

Note: Above shipping charges do not apply to Handmade Paper Art work. When purchasing a Handmade Paper Art piece, please email us at Beth@paperandclay.com in order to obtain the correct shipping cost for the art work.

Q. What is the Return \ Refund Policy?
A. If you are not happy with any Paper and Clay Studios item, please return it to us for a prompt refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Refund does not include original shipping and handling charges, or the cost of return shipping. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. No returns will be accepted without prior Return Merchandise Authorization. Please contact us for return approval. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. [ TOP ]

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Phone orders are accepted. Payment can be made with a credit card or a certified bank check, money order or personal check. If a personal check is used, item will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. Should you have any questions about our art work, please feel free to give us a call at 443-604-5774.

Q. How do I place a Mail Order?
A. For those of you who prefer Mail Order, we do offer Mail Order Service. Just click on and down load Mail Order Form. Print the form, complete it and mail with your payment information. Payment can be made with a certified bank check, money order or personal check. If a personal check is used, item will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. Should you have any questions about our art work, please feel free to give us a call.

Note: All art pieces are "one of a kind" and there is no guarantee that they will be in stock when we receive you mail order.

Q. Are all the items in stock?
A. All art pieces are "one of a kind" and there is no guarantee that they will be in stock. Each piece is individually crafted. To meet your delivery date needs I keep a small inventory of many of the pieces. I will advise you of the best delivery date upon receipt of your order.

Q. Do I have to pay State Sales Tax on my order?
A. Only Maryland residents are required to pay State Sales Tax. Tax will be applied to order at checkout.

Q. What is the Internet Privacy Policy?
A. Privacy is an important issue for visitors to Paper and Clay's web site. The ordering process requires basic customer address and contact information in order to complete the online, phone or mail purchase. This information is only shared with the order processing service (PayPal) . Online Credit card information is not shared with us and this information is maintained solely by the order processing service. Paper and Clay Studios will not share or sell any information to outside companies other than with our order processing service. Q. Do I need to open a PayPal Account to make a purchase?
A. No, you do not need to open a PayPal Account to make a purchase. A PayPal account is entirely optional. Our website uses the PayPal shopping cart to process all on-line and credit card payments. You can either pay by credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) with out having a PayPal account or you can setup a PayPal account at time of purchase. We use PayPal because PayPal is a fast and secure way to send payments through any website. When your order is placed online, only PayPal will have your credit information. No online credit information will ever be sent to us directly to help insure your privacy.

Q. Do I need to go through the shopping cart to make a purchase?
A. If you purchase a piece of art directly from the Paper and Clay Studios website, then it automatically takes you to the shopping cart. If you do not purchase an item from the website ( for example a show or gallery purchase ) you can go to Paper and Clay's Payment Page where you can pay with a credit card or a PayPal account. As with the shopping cart, the transaction is done through PayPal's secure system.
